After endless phone calls, emails, text messages, flying banners, lipstick on my car window and a few other forms of communication, it became clear as a brick wall that the people want to know who Jonathan Knight is. In response to this underwhelming demand, I registered jonnyknight.com and put up an online resume of sorts. Please give it a look to see my life and work spread across the glorious Interweb.

If the sheer awesomeness compels you to speak out about your excitement, please feel free to use the form below and trust your message will be electronically transported to me in the most expeditious manner. Now, whether I respond or not, that is an entirely different question. (insert laughter) I kid, I kid, unless you want me to send you my Social Security number so I can collect my $25M inheritance or something along those lines, then the deal is off, otherwise, I’ll get back to you.

Talk soon.

Anaheim Supercross 2011 Round 1

Opening round of the 2011 Monster Energy Supercross series in Anaheim, CA.

Still riding high on the success I had shooting the Day in the Dirt event, I once again grabbed the camera and made the trek up to the Anaheim Stadium for the opening round of the 2011 Supercross series. Truth be told, with or without camera, this was a race I wouldn’t have missed. For those that don’t already know, I’ve beem an avid fan/rider/racer of motocross since I was just a wee little lad in the early ’80s and in those 30 or so years, I can’t remember a Supercross or Motocross series with more hype and excitement leading up to it. This really was the perfect storm with a score of riders that could all feasibly end up on the top step of the podium at night’s end, something the sport hasn’t seen in decades. The racing did not disappoint and gave a much anticipated glimpse into what the 2011 season had in store.

Below you’ll find some of the pictures I took and be sure to check out the full 2011 A1 SX Gallery for all the best pics.
